Hot peppers, onions and spices in a spicy relish. Great for hot dogs and sausages.
- 7 medium Green peppers, seeded and deveined
- 7 medium Red peppers, seeded and deveined
- 10 medium cherry peppers, seeded and deveined
- 7 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 3 cups cider vinegar
Chop peppers and onions in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Boil 1 hour.
