Recipe by Louise Smedberg from Vermont
Hot peppers, onions and spices in a spicy relish. Great for hot dogs and sausages.

Ingredients

  • 7 medium Green peppers, seeded and deveined
  • 7 medium Red peppers, seeded and deveined
  • 10 medium cherry peppers, seeded and deveined
  • 7 medium onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 3 cups cider vinegar

Directions
Chop peppers and onions in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Boil 1 hour.
Serves 14.
